Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing to work with me! Coaching is a shared commitment, and this policy exists to protect our time, energy, and the integrity of the work. 🪄 Booking Sessions Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance via my Calendly. Once confirmed, you’ll receive an email with the Zoom link and any prep questions (if applicable). All sessions are held virtually unless otherwise discussed. 🔄 Rescheduling & Cancellations Life happens. You may reschedule or cancel your session up to 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable (except in cases of emergency). If you miss a session without notice, it cannot be rescheduled or refunded. Think of it like missing a performance—there’s only so much wiggle room in the wings. 💸 Payment & Sliding Scale A deposit is due at time of booking unless otherwise arranged. I offer a sliding scale for all coaching packages—because access matters. You’ll select the rate that aligns with your financial reality when you book. No proof needed. Need a pay-what-you-can slot? I reserve a few each month—just reach out via email. 💕 Accessibility & Communication If you have access needs (visual/audio support, neurodivergent-friendly structure, low-spoon options), let me know in the intake form or by email. Coaching is a co-created space, and you’re welcome to ask for breaks, grounding time, or structure shifts. 🧭 For Multi-Session Packages: Multi-session packages (like Opening Night or The Compass Series) must be used within 3–4 months of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
